Where can I find the Noble Oaks booth?
We have a permanent storefront location inside McCart Street Charm in Krum, TX. However, we do sell at a number of markets in Denton County. The most up-to-date information will always be on our socials!

Do you recommend a heat pack for my order?
Tropical plants are not known for their cold weather heartiness! With temperatures varying wildly around the country during the wintertime, we always recommend adding a heat pack to your order if your low temperatures will be below 40 degrees F at any time during the 7-10 business days after your order is placed.
We will be unable to ship to any locations with below-freezing temperatures. We apologize for the inconvenience but ask that you wait to place your order until things warm up a bit.
How soon do you ship orders?
We ship out every Monday or Tuesday after an order is placed, weather permitting. If your order comes in on Monday, it will ship with the following week's shipment.
What are my plant's specific soil, light, and watering needs?
Each plant needs a different amount of light, water and usually a different type of soil.
Generally speaking, most plants like chunky, well-draining soil that won't keep the soil too soggy and allow air flow to get to the roots.

What is your replacement policy?
It is our primary goal that you and your plant get off to the best start possible! That being said, shipping can be rough and things happen. If your order arrives visibly unhealthy or has sustained obvious damage, we will replace it up to 14 days after arrival*.
