We highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order if the temperatures in your city dip below 40°F at any time during the 7-10 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we cannot ship to locations experiencing below-freezing temperatures.
If you decide to proceed with your order and the plants arrive damaged, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds.
To ensure the best possible outcome for your plants, we suggest waiting for warmer weather before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
